All source files you provide (CAD, 3D models, imagery) remain your intellectual property. Every image and video Spaces generates for you is fully yours as well, including unlimited commercial use.
The optimised 3D working models we build from your source files for use within the Spaces platform remain part of our technology. Delivery of these working models can be discussed separately.
Spaces never uses your models, imagery or product data to train AI models of its own.
For image generation we work with external AI providers through their business APIs. Under these business terms, your data is not used to train their models. These providers temporarily retain generation data for safety and abuse monitoring (up to 30 days depending on the provider), after which it is deleted. An up-to-date list of our AI subprocessors is available on request.
All imagery, video and product data within the Spaces platform, including databases, is hosted with Hetzner on servers in the European Union. Hetzner is ISO 27001 certified.
Interactive 3D streaming runs on Arcware, also on EU-based servers. Your 3D assets are accessible through streaming only and cannot be downloaded by third parties.
Deletion and backups. All your data can be deleted on request, including backups. Platform backups are retained for a maximum of 14 days.
All access to the Spaces platform runs through personal, secured accounts. Within Spaces, only the team working on your project has access to your assets, on a need-to-know basis.
